The Role
As a Campaign & Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for setting up, running and optimizing outbound campaigns. You make sure everything works smoothly behind the scenes and delivers qualified leads.

What You’ll Do
• Set up and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns
• Build and maintain clean, well-segmented lead lists
• Monitor performance and run tests to improve results
• Optimize workflows, tools and processes
• Work closely with content and client teams

What You Bring
• Experience with outbound or lead generation campaigns
• Strong operational and analytical mindset
• Comfortable working with data, tools and automation
• High attention to detail
• Fluent English
• Proactive, structured way of working
